On November 28th, 2017, Mike and Cindy Kuenzler hosted the “Drew Bledsoe Wine” event at Four Oaks in Dracut, MA. They invited our foundation to be a part of the evening, as an opportunity to raise money. The night was filled with delicious wines from the Bledsoe family winery, a fantastic 4 course meal, discussions about food and most importantly raising money for charity.
Throughout the room, there were 15 incredible raffle items, 10 silent auction items and 7 live auction items donated by colleagues, friends and family. The amount of support the foundation received was incredibly humbling for the Durkin family. The event raised $41,000.00! The Durkin foundation is humbled and thankful for every single person who donated any form of support during that evening! This event was a great way to end the first year of the foundation and we cannot wait to help so many deserving families in the new year!
